➡Ingredients:
2 ½ lbs. Chicken wingettes & drummettes
ÂĽ C Light olive oil, plus more for baking pan
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ C Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/3 C Butter

đź””Optional Ideas:
Try mincing a clove of garlic and it to the butter as it melts. Like wise you could try adding ¼ tsp. of paprika, cayenne, onion powder or chili powder (or a combo of spices). The seasonings and garlic add trace amounts of carbs and shouldn’t impact the overall carb count.

âś…Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees; Coat a baking pan with oil or line the tray with tin foil and then grease the foil with oil. Place the chicken in a large bowl and toss with ¼ C olive oil, salt and pepper (keep in mind that the hot sauce is salted, so you might want to go easy on the wings). Be sure that oil coats the chicken. Next place the chicken skin side up on the baking tray, trying not to over crowd. Place the wings in the upper 1/3 part of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Then turn on broiler and cook for 5-7 minutes, making sure that the wings don’t burn.
2. Remove wings from oven; using a spatula or tongs, gently scoop under the wings that are sticking (best to do it right out of oven – they seem to stick more the longer you wait) and let cool for about 1-2 minutes; Place wings in a large bowl.
3. About a 1-2 minutes before wings are done, melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add in hot sauce and mix well to combine. Once combined remove from heat; pour over wings. Toss wings in sauce to coat completely.

đź””Serve with a low carb ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks (Carb count does not include ranch/blue cheese dressing or celery sticks).
