Diet Myth #1 – People Lack Will Power

I have no idea if this doctor’s book is any good, but I have to agree with his thoughts about “will power.” Over the last 50 years, we’ve been told over an over that it’s our fault we’re fat — we lack will power to control ourselves. What a crock!

Weight loss isn’t about will power. It’s about knowledge and creating the best plan for yourself to put that knowledge to use.

If I can do it, anyone can!
