Total weight lost: 17 pounds
I’m sort of in “give a penny/take a penny” mode when it comes to weight right. The truth is, my head hasn’t been in it for various reasons. No excuse for some of the decisions I’ve been making food-wise, but there certainly are reasons (which I can’t go into at the moment).
This week’s challenge:
Getting back on the program, keeping my head in the game, and seeing movement on the scale next week in a positive direction.
