🔔NOTE: Think of this as a bullet-proof hot chocolate. I found that this drink kept me full for most of the day. It was my breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack in a mug! It took me about 4 hours to finish it (yes, 4 frickin’ hours!). I did warm it up a few times as I loved it more hot than cold. Do not drink this fast. I wish I had this recipe when I first started eating LCHF. I didn’t know what feeling full was like. This recipe teaches you that in spades.
✅A Fatbomb Shake To Keep You Full All Day
Serving Size: 1
Net carbs: 19.55g
5 ounces whole milk
50g butter, unsalted (little less than 2 ounces)
3 tbsp unrefined virgin coconut oil, melted
200 ml coconut cream, unsweetened (7 ounces)
1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/4 tsp sea salt
🔔Optional additions: vanilla extract, nut butters like almond or macadamia (I don’t recommend more than 1 tbsp), a handful of berries. You’ll just need to adjust the carb count.
Add all the ingredients into a sauce pan and heat over medium, stirring once in a while to make sure nothing is sticking to the bottom of pan. Next use a immersion (a.k.a. stick blender) to combine.
Can drink this cold, just melt the butter and coconut oil first. Combine all the ingredients and mix using immersion blender.
