➡Total Carbs: trace amount of carbs (from the cream)

1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp *MCT oil or extra virgin coconut oil
1-2 tsp heavy cream (optional)
1 C coffee

🔔NOTE: If you are new to MCT oil start with 1 teaspoon rather than the full tablespoon serving called for in this recipe. Your body needs to slowly adapt to MCT oil. Using the full tablespoon could cause abdominal cramping if your body is not given the time to slowly adapt to MCT oil.

Combine all ingredients in a 20 ounce beaker and blend together using a stick/immersion blender. Enjoy!
