8 thin slices off bone ham
8 Spring onions, cleaned and cut to 4 inches
8 ounces cream cheese, divided and softened
1. Lay a slice of ham flat on work surface. Place 1 ounce of cream cheese on the ham near an edge. Using a knife, slightly flatten the cream cheese on the ham to spread it out, being careful not to rip the ham slice.
2. Lay a spring onion on top of the cream cheese and begin to roll the ham up tightly. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 1-3 days.
