✅Low Carb Berry And Nut Cereal With Almond Milk
Total carbs per serving: 10.7g
Total net carbs per serving: 5.6g
½ oz macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
½ oz pecans, coarsely chopped
½ oz walnuts, coarsely chopped
½ oz blackberries
*1 large strawberry, diced (see note below)
½ C unsweetened almond milk
A pinch of cinnamon for flavor (optional)
1. Add all ingredients into a bowl. Enjoy!
🔔NOTE: In the video I used 2 tbsp of blueberries, increasing my total carbs to 12g/serving and net carbs to 7g per serving. Blueberries are very healthy, but come with a lot of natural sugars that raise insulin. I always go for raspberries, blackberries and strawberries before blueberries.
