3⃣Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients and Directions for all 3:
➡Bacon & Chives Deviled Eggs Ingredients:
4 large hard boiled eggs, peeled
2 tbsp mayo
1/2 tsp mustard
2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled; reserve 1 1/2 tsp for topping
2 tsp chives, diced plus 1/4 tsp for topping
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
✅Directions:
1. Cut eggs in half length-wise (from top to bottom), placing yolks in a mixing bowl and setting egg whites on serving tray.
2. Using a fork, mash yolks into small, crumbly pieces.
3. Add the mayo, mustard, crumbled bacon, chives, salt and pepper to the yolks and mix.
4. Next, add 1-4 dashes of hot sauce to each egg white.
5. Using a spoon, evenly disperse heaping amounts of the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
6. Decorate the deviled eggs with the reserved bacon and chive
7. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
➡Sundried Tomato Deviled Eggs Ingredients:
4 large hard boiled eggs, peeled
2 tbsp mayo
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
4 sundried tomatoes (not packed in oil), diced
sea salt & pepper, to taste
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp fresh chives, diced plus extra for topping
1 tbsp sundried tomatoes (packed in oil), diced, reserved for topping
✅Directions:
1. Cut eggs in half length-wise (from top to bottom), placing yolks in a mixing bowl and setting egg whites on serving tray.
2. Using a fork, mash yolks into small, crumbly pieces.
3. Add the mayo, mustard, butter, dry sundried tomatoes, chives, hot sauce, sea salt and pepper to the yolks and mix.
4. Using a spoon, evenly disperse heaping amounts of the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
5. Decorate the deviled eggs with the sundried tomatoes soaking in oil and chives.
6. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
➡Avocado Deviled Eggs Ingredients:
4 large hard boiled eggs, peeled
2 tbsp mayo
1.5 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp yellow mustard (or mustard of choice)
Dash black pepper
1 oz avocado, diced, + 1 tbsp reserved for topping
1 tbsp red onion, diced + 1 tsp reserved for topping
✅Directions:
1. Cut eggs in half length-wise (from top to bottom), placing yolks in a mixing bowl and setting egg whites on serving tray.
2. Using a fork, mash yolks into small, crumbly pieces.
3. Add the mayo, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper, avocado and red onion and mix with the egg yolks.
4. Using a spoon, scoop yolk mixture into egg whites.
5. Decorate the deviled eggs the reserved avocado and red onion.
6. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
