1⃣Version 1: Recipe Ingredients Using Ground Spices Only
1 tbsp kosher salt
2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
2 tsp allspice
1 tsp cayenne
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves

2⃣Version 2: Recipe Ingredients Using Whole & Ground Spices
Whole Spices
4 tsp whole allspice
4 dried red peppers
2 tsp whole black peppercorn
1 whole nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick
8 cloves

āž”Ground Spices:
1 tbsp kosher salt
2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp dried thyme

āœ…Directions:
1. Add the whole spices to a spice or coffee bean grinder. Pulse the ingredients until desired consistency is met. Note, you may have to break your cinnamon stick in half to fit your grinder.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until completely blended. Store in airtight container and keep in your pantry. Should last 3-6 months.
