➡ Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower, shredded into rice size pieces
2 ounces unsalted butter
2-3 tsp turmeric
1/2 C cilantro, chopped

✅Directions
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add in cauliflower and turmeric; stir to combine. Cover cauliflower and let steam for 5-7 minutes.
2. After 5 minutes, check cauliflower for desired consistency; If ready, remove from heat and stir in cilantro. Serve.
