Weekly Weigh In – Woohoo! 1 Comment March 15, 2013 Dot2Trot Well, I feared I was going to gain this week since I’m retaining water. Limiting my salt helped as well as starting up my daily 2 mile walks. I lost 2.8 lbs this week. That brings my total loss to 61 pounds! Very happy. I can feel the awesomeness!
