Weekly Weigh In – Mar 22

march 22 weigh inAnother great week. I’m down 3.6 lbs. That brings my total loss to 65 lbs.

So what worked this week? Increasing my daily walks from 2 miles to 2.5 was a big bonus. Just felt like I had more energy. And being extra vigilant in measuring and tracking everything – veggies, dairy and protein.
