Weekly Weigh In – Down 3 Lbs!

chartThe numbers are moving in the right direction again. Down 3 lbs since the end of June. I expect the rest of my Arizona weight to fall off by the end of this week.

I postponed the daily walks the last week. I really wanted to focus on good eating habits. Plus the humidity was brutal last week. But the walks start back up this week – rain or shine.

  1. So glad you are getting back to your walking. Exercise, when you would rather not but doing it anyway, is “beating your body into submission” and you’re taking control, rather than letting circumstances control you. It feels so good to conquer procrastination! Besides that, you are changing your body’s chemistry and will lose weight even faster. Keep up the good work, you can do this!!!
